About the girl
Hi.
I give you a shy wave and a warm smile from wherever you may be reading this from. I thought it appropriate that my first post should be an introduction.
My name is Ann without an 'e', I'm twenty-three, I love beautiful things, especially old things. I love french film and classic reads and bbc television and I daydream too much. I secretly wish that I could live in a perpetual fairytale, where reality was a distant and very vauge notion. I also have trouble falling asleep, hence my blog title, I daydream at midnight while trying in vain to go to sleep. I am a homebody, a cat-lover, a tea addict, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a lot of things. But in this space, I'm just a dreamer.
